The MIPSA Student Research Club at the Institute of Electronics at the Lodz University of Technology is looking for new members! 💡 If you are interested in electronics, telecommunications, radar systems, satellites, programming or data analysis, this is the place for you.
🔧 What does SKN MIPSA do?
Students participate in projects combining theory with practice and are not afraid of challenges:
🛰️ Autonomous system for tracking and receiving data from meteorological satellites (LEO/MEO) – directional antenna, SDR, real-time decoding of images from NOAA and Meteor satellites.
📡 TWR (Through-Wall Radar) - a system that allows the detection of objects behind obstacles (e.g. walls), using radio waves, DSP and machine learning (CNN, SNN).
Students from SKN MIPSA also conduct workshops for secondary school pupils, during which they demonstrate how satellite signal and data analysis works in practice.
