At the invitation of the Medical University of Lodz, we had the pleasure of delivering two lectures for participants of the international BIP "Dual Use in Medicine."
👥 The event brought together students, PhD candidates, and academic staff from:
🇱🇹 Lithuanian University of Health Sciences,
🇫🇮 Diaconia University of Applied Sciences,
🇨🇿 Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem,
🇷🇴 Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iași,
🇵🇹 Instituto Politécnico de Saúde do Norte.
During the meeting, we presented two research areas pursued at our Institute:
🔹 Medical Electronics Technologies for Dual-Use Applications – a lecture accompanied by a video presentation, prepared by the research team led by Prof. Paweł Strumiłło.
🔹 Thermographic Non-Destructive Testing in Bioengineering – a lecture combined with a live practical demonstration, prepared by the research team led by Prof. Bogusław Więcek.
🤝 We would like to thank the Medical University of Lodz for the invitation and all participants for their active engagement. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to showcase the research potential of the Lodz University of Technology and our Institute among international partners, while exchanging ideas on innovative solutions for medicine and bioengineering.
