During the 10th School of BioTechnological Systems Engineering, held on September 9-12, 2026, at a picturesque lakeside conference and leisure center in Guzowy Piec, our student Karolina Dzwonkowska presented her research. 🎓
Karolina presented her research in a presentation entitled “A Neural Network for the Analysis of Skin Lesion Images”, which attracted the interest of the event participants.
🧠 The presentation focused on the application of artificial intelligence and deep learning methods to support the analysis of dermatological images. Karolina presented the principles behind the developed solution in an accessible way, as well as the potential benefits of using her enhanced version of the U-Net neural network in medical diagnostics. 🤖🔬🩺
